1. If the customer wants to return the product at the time of delivery:

- If the ordered product does not satisfy the customer for a valid reason (and the product does not match the order, if there is a physical defect on the product), it can be returned. In this case, the courier draws up a return act, and after the approval of the parties, the product is delivered to the warehouse by the courier.


If the customer has made an online payment, an application is made to the relevant bank for the refund of the payment based on the refund deed. According to the bank's internal procedure, the money is refunded to the customer's account.


2. If the customer wants to return the product within 14 days of receiving it:

- The customer brings the products they want to return to the Azmerika store, located at Bashir Bunyadov 5Q, Bakukhanov, Baku, Azerbaijan, along with all the accessories and the receipt. After checking, the products can be evaluated and exchanged or returned according to the customer's request. In case of cash payments after the product has been returned, the money is paid back to the customer in cash from the cashier. In other cases, the relevant bank is requested to refund the payment. According to the bank's internal procedure, the money is refunded to the customer's account.

- Returns are made only between 9.00 and 17.00 (products returned with payment by bank card, days I-V).
